Hey people! Here is the customer service experience for week 5!
Week 5 (20 Jul - 24 Jul) - ElingThere was a customer who wanted an Anna Sui Dolly Girl perfume. As this was a slow moving product, we did not order much of the perfume and at that point in time, there was no stock. We did an ordering after it was requested by the customer.
After two weeks, the stock finally came and we called up the customer and she bought the perfume from us. She was very happy with our service. As the perfume she bought was for her sister. During the time when the stock has not arrived, she came almost every day to find out if the perfume has arrived. Despite the fact that her perfume has not arrived, she bought other items from Pretty Face.
Learning Points:
- We have to be quick to requisite stocks
- To continue to ensure that we have adequate stocks for customers
- We also try to accommodate and help our customers to the best of our ability and go the extra mile for them.
- If we do not have the stocks, we should do a transfer from other SASA outlets or find out if we can requisite the stock from SASA.
